Introducing ProntoGUI Priority Support
The ProntoGUI App has always been free for personal and business use, and that isn’t changing. But over time, more of you have been asking the same question: “If I run into a blocker while integrating this into a real product, how fast can I actually get help?”
Today we’re launching ProntoGUI Priority Support — a paid option for developers and teams who want a faster, guaranteed line to us when it matters.
What it is
Priority Support gives you a private, guaranteed-response channel to the ProntoGUI team — up to 6 support tickets over 12 months, with a 2-business-day response SLA for help using and troubleshooting ProntoGUI in your application.
That means:
- A private support channel — skip the public issue queue
- A real SLA — a guaranteed first response within 2 business days, not best-effort
- 6 tickets a year — enough room for real integration and troubleshooting work, without an open-ended commitment on either side
- Licensed to you — one named individual, so it’s yours whether you’re solo or part of a larger team
What’s covered
Priority Support is built around the kinds of questions that actually come up while integrating ProntoGUI: help with documented APIs and components, help with using the App, troubleshooting integration issues in your Go application, configuration and deployment guidance, and help confirming and working around suspected bugs.
It’s not a channel for custom feature development, general language tutoring, or code review of your broader application — if something falls outside that scope, we’ll quote a separate consulting engagement instead.
Nothing changes for free users
This is worth saying plainly: bug fixes and core maintenance are not gated behind Priority Support. Confirmed bugs get fixed for everyone, free or paid, based on severity and impact. What you’re paying for with Priority Support is speed and guaranteed access — not preferential treatment on the product itself.
Why we’re doing this
Free support has always been best-effort. Priority Support lets us offer a real commitment — a guaranteed response window — to the people who need one, without changing the deal for anyone using ProntoGUI for free.
Get started
Priority Support is $299/year and available now. If you’re using ProntoGUI in a commercial setting, it’s the ideal way to make sure issues don’t turn into release blockers and helps you respond quickly to your customers.
